Philippines’ central bank, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or BSP, has accredited two new cryptocurrency exchanges. According to BSP Deputy Governor Chuchi Fonacier, the bank has approved applications filed by Virtual Currency Philippines and Etranss.
